This year’s event, held in the breathtakingly rugged grounds of Cheverton Farm in Shorwell, promises a true test of endurance and determination.
A Weekend of Endurance
Spread over two days, December 30th and 31st, 2023, the Abominable Snowman event ensures that no one misses out. You can choose from various distances depending on your skill level or ambition. On Saturday, take on either a 10 Km or 10 Mile course, and if that’s not enough, Sunday offers a choice between a 5 Km race or a Half Marathon.

No matter what distance you choose, one thing is certain – the course will be wet, muddy, cold, and packed with natural obstacles. This is a challenge that will test your fitness, endurance, and mental toughness.

This event rewards even those who didn’t cross the finish line first. In addition to category winners in each race, spot prizes and raffle prizes will be given to lucky participants after the races. Timings and official results will be provided after the weekend concludes, so you can proudly track your performance.
